THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The union management consists of 5 directors. The chairperson of the board is elected by members of the board through general meeting, the board members are;-

He is a member of Ng'humbila Amcos from Magu Distric. He has been a member of Ng'humbila Amcos for more than 15years.
- Vice Chair
MARIAM MASHIBE
She is a member of Shirima Amcos from Manawa zone which is in Misungwi District. She has been a member of Shirima Amcos for more than 12 years.
